If you know me, you know that a major motivation for becoming a travel agent was to travel more. The quote "I haven't been everywhere yet, but it's on my list" definitely describes me. But sometimes, life gets in the way, and I haven't made it as much of a priority as I would like. This changes now!

Another thing you should know about me is that I love to learn. So, although classes aren't "required" as an agent, I wanted to be as informed as possible. I want you, travelers and possible future clients, to trust that I know what I'm talking about. So I'm starting off the educational part of my journey with Virgin Voyages. I had heard nothing but good things from friends, and there was even a mermaid contest on their cruise. (More on mermaiding later.)

You might be wondering about my travel experience so far. Admittidly, it's not as extensive as I'd like but I'm definetly changing that! My past travel includes many trips to Jamaica—I am Jamaican, after all—as well as several other Caribbean islands. I've only done one cruise, one trip to Europe, and none to the African continent...yet.

My dream trips are to Greece, Kenya, and Australia. And as I'm going through the Virgin Voyages training, we have hit the Greece portion, and I am more in love than before! I want to hop on a ship right now, yesterday even! I'd love to finally see the Greek art I studied in college, and what mermaid wouldn't love to swim in those crystal blue waters?

Each of the islands has its own vibe. Mykonos is known for its vibrant nightlife, beach parties, and upscale clubs. And Santorini is known for its stunning sunsets, serene atmosphere, and luxurious resorts, which makes it the perfect place for relaxation. And I want to experience it all!

Kenya is another dream trip. Who wouldn't want to visit the mother land, birth place of humanity as we know it. While there, my main goal is to not just visit but to stay at Giraffe Manor. Imagine being face to face with such magnificat creatures!

And finally Australia, what little mermaid wouldn't love to swim the Great Barrier Reef to swim with the fishies and see the beautiful animals that live there!
